Rob Dowell

Rob Dowell

One of the founding fathers of Warm Art, Rob exhibits a range of styles few can match. He released an artist album on Lobotomy Records (“The Creative Itch”, 2007), as well as a follow up single, “The Proposition”. More recently, you’ll find remixes for Emote Music (Denver) and Text Book Music (Australia). Now at work on his second album entitled “Still Frame Capture”, he spends equal time being heavily involved in Atlanta’s thriving scene. With opening sets for talent such as Steve Bug, Butane, Phil K, Three, Inxec, Lee Curtiss, Droog and Alland Byallo, he continues to showcase the art of the warm up.

Brett Soll

Brett Soll

Having lived in Miami, Chicago, Orlando and Gainesville, Fl., Brett’s influences run as deep as his roots. From the first night he stepped into Club Firestone (Orlando) back in the mid 90s, he knew music would be an integral part of his life. The atmosphere, the people and the relentless grooves intrigued him and helped shape his deep, nasty and funky sound; one that is always changing and evolving into the sound of now.

Mark Lippert

Mark Lippert

It all started in Sarasota, FL with two 15s in the back of his ’78 Corolla and has gone pretty much downhill since then. After eight years in a college town and some light raving, he moved to Atlanta right after the millennium. The access to lesser-known artists helped to broaden his horizons and he decided to try his hand at mixing. Influences are all over the map: primus, digable planets, mark farina, terry lee brown jr, garth, peace orchestra, galactic, red snapper, john tejada, baby mamoth and ninja tune.

Justin Brady

Justin Brady

Atlanta was the starting point for Justin’s love of dance music. In the late 90’s, he purchased turntables after moving there and discovering the flourishing EDM scene. With influences reaching back as far as Paradise Garage and the 90’s rave scene, artists such as Doc Martin, Pete Moss, Charles Webster, and Laurent Garnier have influenced him over the years with their unique DJ performances and studio productions. Although his passion resides mostly in a deep, thick house groove, Warm Art provides a venue to explore sounds not commonly heard on the dancefloor.

Christian Thomas

Christian Thomas

Originally a transplant from Chicago, Christian (K-So) Thomas got a taste of EDM culture at the age of 16 being exposed to early Chicago house and hip-house. Hailing currently from Atlanta, K-So has been a dance floor influence since 1994 and his formulative EDM years were heavily celebrated peppering a bevy of events across the A-town. Now a DJ of 16 years, K-So’s experience have translated into a compendium of techy and house based sounds that can catch even the most avid club aficionado by the quick and put that bounce in their step.

Chris Meadows

Chris Meadows

Chris Meadows has established himself in the electronic music world by working closely with many local Atlanta promoters, such as Liquified, Diagnostik, and Men with Records. He is also a resident with Volt Productions and Midcity Cafe. Playing numerous clubs in Atlanta, as well as appearances in Miami, Charlotte, New Orleans and Albuquerque, Chris has warmed up for Chloe Harris, Trent Cantrelle, Krafty Kuts, BT, Gene Carbonell, Andy Hughes, Paul Oakenfold and Sandra Collins.
